Another cool thing I just figured out.. Here are the instructions if you want to enable "Low battery warning" in Sounds and Notifications menu:

1. Search for the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877 D663-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}\.

2. Create a new String value, name it Default and set its value to Low battery warning.

3. Now move to Start -> Settings -> Personal tab -> Sounds & Notifications applet -> Notifications tab, choose Low battery warning value from the Select an event drop-down menu and set whatever you want.
