yeah, I had some crazy issues with my Unrevoked when the last official update rolled out. It took a few tries but I flashed to an original RUU and applied the official updates - and I'm leaving it that way...

While it's not a witch hunt, rooting is certainly not condoned. All of you hating on Sprint for not supporting 3rd party software have to remember that it is a business and you're using unauthorized software on their network. Sprint is perfectly within their right to cut you off if they see fit.
