Try clearing any excess texts and temporary files and see if that helps. Otherwise, you may be due for a hard reset/clear storage.

well I just got the phone so it's not too loaded with stuff yet. I've just been tweeking on it a little. sounds like I tweeked a little too much. I've never hard reset before, how is that done.
do I need to remove the sim card 1st
I assume it restes to factory defaults and wipes memory?
what is the key sequence to reset?
