I haven't really looked at his eBay ad but his wording is what is important. He could say the apps are free but the CD and/or shipping isn't and that's what people are paying for.

He still should give credit to the authors and post the corresponding sites because he could possibly still make money (throw some kick back/donations to the authors), some people are lazy and instead of spending time searching for the apps, they buy them bundled.

I know I have spent literally two+ weeks figuring out things, I had the Mogul for a week now the Touch...but before that I had Palm for years so I'm learning stuff all over again...and it's time consuming. But I love it!! cause I'm a geek.
