When you plug the device in, open up device manager..if you see any device that the drivers are having issues loading for, click on it and load the driver manually..it should be in the 16_shrewberry folder...also you can check if your 32bit or 64bit by going to System in control panel

There is a program called Odin, thats what you use and load up those files with them
