Ok I updated the Verizon Media Flo.cab It now loads up. I did how ever had to run the mobile TV app a second time before it worked. Also I get a message "guide in not available" but I also don't subscribe to the service...so that might be why.
Just remember to soft reset after installation.

your link does work relic thanks a million, only sad thing is Teya doesnt like it, and the welcome screen for the app says March 1, 2011 service will be discontinued =( guess its time to get a new phone
