My dmesg is now showing my correct command line... Not too sure Why is was not working like that before? Maybe it was never getting written.

I wish I could reboot this thing... Maybe my data would work then. How were you able to recreate this problem?
ahh ok.. i thought u were all set.

once i completely moved to nand i noticed the issue. Before i was partially booting sd. But i reverted back code to see where it broke. I tried 3 different versions of yaffs and one of them must be right. So more testing.

That whole unmount and checkpoint thing isnt right.
