p.s. I did go through all 64 pages of the thread, so if any of these answers was there and I missed it I'm really sorry, you are all welcome to call me a noob, but hey, at least I didn't ask about the symbol thing on the keyboard or if If I could install both the cleanup and tweak right?? :P

Basically these cabs just do all of the tweaks listed at the beginning of this thread by the OP upon installation. These are not tweak apps like Advanced Config or Diamond Tweak they basically make several changes to your device's registry and install drivers when you install them. Like I said previously, only install one at a time and right after a hard reset.
