I have a proper public IP address and firewall is off. I tried putting internal IP in the "computer" field and then input the correct user name and password for that internal IP of course and then in domain I put my public IP.
Also tried public IP in computer and still did not work.
Are you getting it over 3g? Or only through wifi and/or active sync?
By the way I have a dynamic and not a static address based on what the administrator has told me.
