My EVO is in the mail and Im trying to decide what ROM to flash when I get it.
If I'm not mistaken, the basic format of the ROM's "revisions" is to show what has changed from previous versions in sequence from first to last. So basically read the oldest or very first revision listed and then read the nextand remember what's been added or removed along the Rom's progression. This format typically reduces the amount of redundant Rom features from version to version. For example: If a feature was added back in the 2nd revision and has not been mentioned as being removed or changed in any newer revisions, then that feature still remains. The same principle applies to apps, tweak, mods, etc. Read the revisions from the beginning and pay attention to what's been added, changed, or removed and you can make your decision accordingly.

I do know what you mean and why you asked this question. Some Rom chefs do repeat their rom's features with every version, while this Rom chef decided to do it this way. Unless I'm wrong, Chris has used the format that only reflects any changes from previous versions while not repeating the same features for every revision.
