Nate, call customer care and see if they will replace your phone. There are many reasons they might do this for free. If you have a software based problem (there are many since its WM) you are probably in luck. There is a possibliity you need to add insurance to your phone. All you need to do is flash back to the stock verizon rom and relock your phone. Worst case scenario is you lose your phone, where you will have to pay the deductable, which is probably $100.
