Since you posted this in the thread that has, as its first post, detailed step-by-step instructions for upgrading, along with links to the necessary file downloads, maybe you should reconsider whether ROM upgrading is something you should attempt.
edit: Further, you apparently have a Touch (

Upgrades; you are in the Titan forum. Titan upgrades will not work on the Touch.
