And for the record (again) I have an Evo. Everyone assumes that since I don't bow and praise Sprint in every imaginable way that I must not have Sprint.

The fact is, in my area, I have at least decent coverage from all the carriers. So any of the carriers would work for me. When I see someone say something like "it's a fact that Sprint is cheaper, faster, and has better 4G coverage than everyone else" I will set the record straight.
The fine print is completely different than what tmo is doing. I guess I'm not speaking clearly. What I am saying is that all companies have a policy against abusers but tmo on top of the abusers rule also has a clear policy that they let you know when you go over 5gig they throttle. Sprints policy of 5 gig only applies to aircards. Phones do not have a cap. Thats all im saying. But hey, you say they dont throttle most of the time. Thats a good thing for you. At least I dont ever have to worry about it on sprint, for now at least.
