[/I]Theres nothing about "when you reach a limit" or anything like that.. yes it does say they "may" do it... the have to say that byb law so they dont get sued should the EVER do it..

Luckily for this 100GB/month abuser, its says "Unattended" and " does not involve active participation... so Im not even doing anything to violate any rules even lmao and to whoever asked, No, ive never been warned, scolded, emailed, letter-headed, nothing by SPrint.. hit 10yrs this summer been tethering since the Mogul

**and to be fair, i have to admit this: Yes Black, you did post up the rates before I did, my bad**
Well the fact of the matter is both Sprint and T-Mobile say they can if they want to, neither of them do it consistently. T-Mobile lists a 5GB limit (I know plenty of people that go over without getting throttled), Sprint just says they will do it to anyone they want if they feel they are abusing the service, putting too much traffic on the network, degrading the network for other users, etc.

Again, nobody here personally knows anyone that has actually had either carrier throttle them. People are just blasting T-Mobile for something Sprint has had all along.

Don't believe me?
