But again this doesn't really matter to over 90% of customers since most never go over 3 gigs. So this is a useless debate. Either way I'm glad you like tmo and are happy with them. If tmo had good coverage in my home area I would definitely think of giving them a try if sprint ever screwed me but right now they are working for fine for me.

T-Mobile doesn't automatically throttle everyone at 5 gigs either. They just put in the fine print that they can, just like Sprint puts in the fine print that they can too. Neither one of us personally know anyone that has had it happen to them on either carrier.

And for the record (again) I have an Evo. Everyone assumes that since I don't bow and praise Sprint in every imaginable way that I must not have Sprint.

The fact is, in my area, I have at least decent coverage from all the carriers. So any of the carriers would work for me. When I see someone say something like "it's a fact that Sprint is cheaper, faster, and has better 4G coverage than everyone else" I will set the record straight.
