Nope. I routinely run the generic version on my Sprint TP2. I don't really ever use the Sprint Tabs anymore, but they're just cool and I love tabs. I'm a more tabs the merrier kinda person. But anyway, the tabs are the only difference. There's a Sprint carrier cab in "Carrier Provisioning" in System Tools.

I'll keep everyone posted on this. At least now I know what works!
Thanks again!

I'm going with the afore mentioned combo for v3.4 which is uploading now and will be ready in about 2hrs. nueBattery2 is installing as a cab at boot up. The same battery.dll that I used for the test ROM is what's installed in the ROM by default. So if you remove nueBattery2 (those of you who can't charge with it or just don't like it) you'll be left with the default battery.dll that works for everyone. I've not tested it out hardcore yet since I've been flashing for the past couple of days, so let me know if there are any battery issues that's I've not noticed yet.
Aside from that all of
my start menu icons (the ones with the blue backgrounds) have been redone and look much better.
Returned to the Evo Wallpaper as the default. It's just fun.
I believe I've also fixed the choppy and lagging video issue as well.
I also fixed the misaligned People's Tab notification icons.
I'll post back in a couple of hours when the 1st 2 (6.5.X Generic and Sprint) are up. Then I'll have 6.5s up later on tonight, hopefully assuming all goes well with basic testing. I've not tried it since introducing the new battery.dll.
