Really? I love those buttons! I just think its a little difficult to press the side buttons.

Those vent mounts are crap... I had one in my car, and even inside there, more than once my phone fell out and kissed the floor. I would never even THINK of using that on my bike. Yea, in retrospect, it may have not been such a great idea, but it really came in handy. I found one picture of the mount on my bike (kinda dark), but you can see how it was. (See attached image)
