Without unlocking your PPC, you can't flash un-official roms! (if your PPC is unlocked allready
)
If you flash any un-official roms without unlocking you PPC you
will and
should stuck in boot menu screen!
I had same problem, i flashed without reading tutorials and result was
stuck in boot screen!
Then professional members told me to unlock you PPC, after that i successful updated my PPC!
