IT was strange....when I unplugged the a/c charger and replugged it back in the batter jumpped to 100% and the green light came on.....but over night for 8 hrs while the phone was asleep it never charged...or it did but the phone did not update to show that it did by switching the amber light and changing the battery icon to fully charged
