'Setting" the ringtone is not the issue of most but rather "adding" the ringtone.

Thats likely because you do not have your window viewing settings setup correct on the device. On your PC go to (in Windows Explorer) Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> and then place a dot next to "Show Hidden Files and Folders" and while youre there you might as well "Hide Extentions For Known File Types". Then you will be able to see your Windows folder in ActiveSync.

That totally depends on where you saved them or copied them to. There is no other way to delete them other than manually which means either going to the folder on the PPC and clicking and holding and deleting or doing the same in AS.
