I think I know what it is
I'll bet your folder names are Italian. What is
\Program Files\ on your device?
WP-Pilot version 1.0 is hardcoded to look in folder
\Program Files\UranusWare\WP-Pilot\ 
If that's the case, I've got one more change to make to WP-Pilot version 2.0 - which I WAS going to release tonight...
