It looks to me like you are saying the only thing anyone can do is nothing (wait for someone else to take them to court).
And you are clearly saying it's stupid (makes no sense) for anyone to switch carriers because the only option is a Sprint owned prepaid (Virgin).
You were not saying you, you said anyone.
The fact is filing complaints has proven to be effective in the past, and doing nothing is about the worst thing anyone can do.
And T-Mobile has better speeds, cheaper prices, and better 4G coverage for a lot of (could even say most) people.
As for indoor coverage, yeah, it sucks. It's due to a combination of the frequency Sprint uses, and Wimax itself. It requires a lot more towers than regular 3G.
That's what I was talking about when I said T-Mobile 4G doesn't have that problem. Their 4G is on the same frequency, same towers, etc, as their 3G. It's not some totally different technology. It's the upgrade path from their 3G.
