Another question is, is it better to hard reset before or after activating the phone? I mean you activate it and it stores data that takes up space (lol just my thinking not sure if this is true, but correct me if I'm wrong).

I hard reset before activating my phone, but since it is empty I would like to know if it would be better to do it again (after activating).
