no I didnt hspl, unfortunately I neither know which hspl version should I use nor where to find it
my phone specification is:
HTC T-Mobile Dash 3G
ROM ver : 2.06531.4
ROM date : 12.16.09
Radio ver : 3.47.25.48M
SPL : 1.26
