Not sure if I'm wrong on this but I'm not sure if that clear storage is really the same as the hard reset, but JIC you can hard reset by holding both soft keys (above Green and Red keys) and then pressing the soft reset button under the memory card with the stylus. Hold the soft keys until you see the message on screen that says something about "press R to reset". You'll see what I mean
