Could be many different things. When did it start? Shortly after you loaded up a new app? After you loaded up a new rom? If a SR fixes it, maybe it's an app that starts up after reset that creates an issue causing the problem. It's gonna be trial and error to determine what caused it. I'm personally running a 6.5.5 ROM and never had it happen, and haven't heard of it from just people who are running such roms....just sayin...
