Yeah. I just got off the phone with Sprint. I left the call with the matter still unresolved, in fact I'm more pissed of now. I was offered that I could switch to a dumbphone to avoid the charge, but all that did was infuriate me even more. The $10 added puts them right up there with all the other carriers that CAN give me better service in my area.
