Most are far better than stock... the thing I love is that it's super easy to 'flash' in android using an app like Rom Manager. It keeps updated links to all compatible ROM right in the app. If you see one you like, download it to your phone, nand backup your current setup, and flash away... It's just a brilliant and clean solution.
