Yeah i always wipe everything before i flash a rom. & i did the all in one & yup says im on 3.70 with the 190 radio. & yeah ima do that as a last resort.

I had that same exact problem, I lost 4g here in Boston when I did the same thing. After, I flashed the sprint lover's all in one with radio and such. No 4g. Here's what fixed mine... Update your PRL, then update your profile. It came back after I did the profile update
