This morning, I missed two important texts (my daughter is in the hospital) and two voice mails. I called my wife and asked "what's up?" and she said she had text me hours ago and left voice mail. (my phone never rang)
While talking with her, the texts and voice mail came in. A few minutes later, my phone rolled back 3 hours.
I was incensed and called Sprint. I explained that I called tech support 2 days ago and that the problem has not abated. They said they would send a new phone.
