I've tried it both ways, on and off the charger, to no avail. What I was referring to above was the tendency of the phone to normally automatically reboot when you "Power off" while plugged in (versus staying off, as it does when it is unplugged), and how my phone no longer does that. It doesn't auto-reboot when "Powered off" while plugged into USB, but since I don't normally charge it via USB, I don't know if it should. But, at least it charges that way at all, yeah? =/
