...but it will charge using USB connection to the computer. I have no idea what happened...one morning it was charging just fine via the power brick, then a few hours later it wasn't. No trauma or anything. Anyone else had this problem? Once in a while it will work when plugged into a socket, but then it will randomly stop working (not as a result of jiggling it or anything physical like that). I bought an extra battery a while ago and it has the same problem.

This is my third Droid. ): Love the phone, but if it keeps being so undeniably lame.....

EDIT: Extra notes:
-Unrooted, never been rooted.
-Tried it in several sockets - it's not the socket.
-Original charger/cord.
-White charge light does NOT turn on when plugged into wall socket, but does when plugged into USB.
-Have had issues with freezing too, recently, where the base (home, back, etc) lights are on but screen is black and power button does not work, so I have to take out the battery and put it back in. Otherwise it operates just fine.
-Isn't getting too hot (I'd read that overheating might be a cause for phones not charging)
