On the lock screen it was Simi Clock and on the home screen it was Beautiful Widgets 4x1 with the 'Letters' theme.
I use LauncherPro Plus so I just made the dockbar transparent and used text icons I made in photoshop. It's pretty easy if you have photoshop or gimp or something like that. Just create a new image (I use 128x12
with a transparent background. I get a lot of fonts from AcidFonts.com but went with that one there because it matches the font I flashed to my phone.
