Re: NAND Boot Testing - 01-07: Panel power on/off fixes

New Full Package has been added to the first post. I made sure lcd density was 240, pm.sleep_mode=1, and no overclock on this build. On my phone, it seems very stable after the initial shutdown on first boot (seems to happen every time I start with a new data.img).

Edit: Also, I fixed the button mapping issues. Apparently we never committed the button changes to the kernel, so when I updated the rootfs to include the button map change, it messed up the button mappings. I doubt it would fix the times where the screen sometimes doesn't turn on, but it might be something for [ACL] to think about committing for testing.
