You have two spls there when I believe you should only have one.

The .72 is the shipped spl.
The .63 is the re-locker spl that overwrites the 1.0 hard spl for relocking.
Looks like someone ran the relocker when the device wasn't unlocked?
Maybe that's your problem.
You may have to pm cmonex for help.
Or you may have a brick.
