I made sure to entirely disable sleep and dimming, and it didn't make any difference. The same results as I mentioned before. The first 8 bits definitely follow the pattern while the last 8 bits do not.

Edit: Also, I tried to do addr2mod and found no process using it but the DLL osaxst0.dll was using that space.
