I went to my Sprint store and they told me I could pre-order on the 9th and they would get the phones on the 16th. So i called radio shack and they said "yeah we're getting 2 in tomorrow (the 6th), i'll put your name on the second one" so now i'm waiting for radio shack to open so I can FINALLY ditch my TP2.
