Yes. Odin will completely erase whatever you have and replace it so if you Odin back to DI18 you will no longer have the EXT4 file system. I had a midNIGHT EXT4 ROM installed and had to take my phone back to Sprint for a warranty claim so I Odin'ed back to DI18 so I could exchange it.
