Clock Problem.

I've done a search and I haven't really come up with a solution to this problem. I bought my phone last monday and it has been running great until yesterday. I have my clock set to automatic update. Last night, I went to sleep around 12:30 and this morning my alarm didnt go off. When I checked my phone, the clock was saying 1:27 AM. I figured this was a fluke so I just brushed it off and did a soft reset. Well, later on today, I checked my phone at about 3:30 PM and my clock said 1:30 PM and stayed there. Once again, I had to do a soft reset to fix this problem. I'm guessing it was the same thing that caused this. However, the first time the phone was on the charger and the second time the phone was not.

I don't have any registry hacks or really any programs installed. Just the battery % reader, and the youtube TCPMP. I installed these when I first got the phone last week, so I'm going to guess this isnt the problem. Does anyone have a solution to this besides a hard reset?

Also, when I go to Settings>Clocks & alarms > and check out time when the phone the clock is frozen, the time in the time tab is correct. BTW
Just took a nap. I did what I read, I just let the phone sit idel and put itself into "sleep." Same thing, set the alarm for 6:30 PM and its 7:36 PM now. The main clock on the HTC setup is stuck at 6:30 PM. But when I check the time in the clock setting, it says the right time.
