I have stock and updated OTA. Has anyone noticed that the new widget called "quick record" doesn't install. I too have noticed that the battery is much worse.although it may be because I monitor it more with the new battery widget.

Get rooted with UnRevoked and then install one of the SBA kernels you will see floating around here and XDA. Significant improvement/.
