Rebate ended mid-January. Don't think it matters how you got your phone, so long as you have some paper recipt with the sale date before the 15th - you need to submit it within 10 days or something.... so you may be too late.
FYI they are totally backlogged processing the rebates - I called in yesterday (submitted mine end of OCTOBER!) and was told mine was in "final processing" - a couple more weeks left. They're doing them, but they are way behind
