day 1 003 evo... had the light leak issue, but a bit of light pressure on the area after a fairly lenghty phone call (fairly warm phone) seemed to have fixed it. I also have the crack near the power button.

No major issues other than that... at least nothing a reboot hasn't fixed. I've been harder on this phone than I was with any of my 3 previous WM phones and it hasn't complained at all. I have been rooted, but I went back to stock because I haven't had the time to really take full advantage of root (learn the inner workings, etc.).
