These are what my settings are that work.

Server name : Alltel MMSC
Gateway:
Port number : 8080
Server address : http://mms-mt.alltel.net/servlets/mms
Connect via : Alltel Wireless
Sending size limitation : 300k
WAP : WAP 2.0
