I'm guessing you turned the 4G on and then off from the notification power controls and then rebooted, correct? If so, then it has something to do with the code in JsChiSurf's mod when he implimented 4G for us. If you go into your regular settings and turn off 4g it will stay off after a reboot. This is one of just a couple bugs with JsChiSurf's mod but all in all that mod is damn nice!
... I haven't kept up with his thread for a couple weeks so I don't know if he is aware of it and trying to fix it or not but if he is and does I'm sure either amikam or OMJ will work it into the base in an update
