I flashed Nov. 26 Neodium ROM and then installed the 2 cabs (
vin255764 InitProv.cab and
SprintFIXEDprovisioning.cab) from this post:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/1976754-post8469.html and my reception immediately got better. I think it's the
SprintFIXEDprovisioning.cab that made the difference. I don't remember executing the builtin provision.
Would really like to know why the this
SprintFIXEDprovisioning.cab made a difference as I would like to use it on other ROMs.
