I have my June 4th 002 Evo still.
It two stress cracks, one at the power button and another near the volume buttons. It has severe screen lift/light leakage. The screen has two dead pixels and three white fuzzy spots the size of a shirt button.
The phone sleeps well; and the OEM battery and SD card work fine. Never a screen protector but an Innocase protects it.
The Apache has been my most resilient phone, hardware wise, followed by the Evo. The Mogul was okay. The TP and TP2 were garbage IMO.
