actually I had to reverse the data throttle hack, it was causing the issue....honestly, I'm abit skeptical on this data throttling deal...

@ all ... just a heads up, if u use the airplane mode toggle from this mod it will mess with your 4G (stock HTC airplane toggle and power button work fine, JsChiSurf is looking into it last I checked)
