Try to go to a store that is a Service Center with a repair person on staff.
That's what I was asking. How do I tell if it's corp store or not? In Sprint store locator, I check the option of "repair service" and it popped out a list of stores with repair services, some are just named "sprint store", others are "sprint store by *****". There is only one place actually called "sprint repair center" in that list (20 miles from me).
Well, you could call a few and just ask if they have a repair person there that can take a look at your phone and at what hours are they there. Don't tell them what is wrong with it or anything just maybe say it doesn't work.

If you call any Sprint store they should be able to tell you where the closest Repair Center is from you.
