No problem. But think about how many people who are enraged just sit in their anger. I am not talking about every little blip but sometimes you have to rattle a cage. If I am a company officer, and I only hear from one person on an issue, I presume that it was a fluke. If I hear from ten, I begin to think that this might be a sampling of serious problems.
I am a software designer. I love feedback. Without it, I develop the software my way but I never pay for my software. I need to know what the customers want. We are Sprint's customers and we can sit quiet in our anger and even switch providers or we can demand they do it better. Just as my customers pay my salary, we pay theirs.
None of us are inconsequental
