Thanks for your continued assistance first off. So there's no way you think that it could be on the Sprint back end and must be a hardware issue huh? Given how few have reported this the odds seem astronomically slim indeed but nothing is impossible of course. To me it has to be one or the other since this new replacement unit is doing the same thing with no SD or accounts connected after a factory reset. If anybody else has any suggestions then please let me know, otherwise I guess I will be going to another Sprint store, I already told them I wouldn't go to the crappy one I already went to and have the other's address already.
